Hydraulic Cable Reel Trailer
The hydraulic cable reel trailer is used for the operation of the electric power department. It applies to power engineering and communication lines. It is used for the transportation of cable reels and the exhibition of cable. Equipped with a manual hydraulic device, it can easily complete the lifting of the cable reel. The traction tire in front of the cable trailer can change the angle arbitrarily and move flexibly. The trailer is equipped with a shock absorber, which greatly enhances stability.
Turn the cable reel Trailer back to the loading and unloading position, then align the trailer with the cable reel with mandrel installed, make the mandrel clip into the fixed groove with appropriate height, and then turn it to the hauling position manually. No additional lifting equipment is required.
It is used for cable drum hauling and cable pulling-pushing in power line construction. It is a simple power line tool for loading, unloading, and transporting cable reels in the construction of telecommunication and power line engineering. These reel trailers are mainly used for the transportation of large-scale cable drums and paying off cables. It is convenient operation and safe use. It adopts mechanical variable speed gear technology, which is lighter to use and simpler to operate.
The cable reel is loaded and unloaded by shaking the manual gear winch, which greatly saves manpower and time.
Remarks: the trailer can be transported by container after disassembly.
