Hydraulic Busbar Bending Machine
Busbar Hydraulic bending machine is used to horizontally bend copper or Aluminum plate. it can be used with manual, engine motorized hydraulic pump and electric hydraulic pump of single oil hose type. It is a kind of hydraulic machine for flat bending copper and aluminum bus bar, which needs to be equipped with hydraulic pumps (manual pump, electric pump, and foot pump). The busbar can be bent by 0 ~ 135 ° in its vertical plaint.
Function description of hydraulic bender:
1. The bending angle of copper and alum bar shall not be less than 90 degrees so that it will not damage copper and alum bar.
2. The hydraulic bending machine is detachable. When bending long copper bars, the n-type or L-type can remove the latch, and the whole bars can be taken out without obstruction.
3. There are 90 degree and 45-degree indications in the design to avoid excessively.
4. When bending the copper bar, be sure to pay attention to the central position of the copper bar and align it with the scale of 0 degrees.
5. The base of the machine is marked with a scale, and the bending angle can be controlled by the operator.
