Stringing Equipment hydraulic cable tensioner

Hydraulic cable tensioner: a hydraulic tension machine that is used for electric power line tension stringing and aerial ropeway erection construction, it not only works as a tensioner machine but also can work as a hydraulic cable puller by its reverse pulling function, to string large cross-section conductors or steel wire ropes in particular landforms.

Always the machine is composed of a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are fixed with a wheel groove liner, and the diameter of the driven wheel is the same as that of the driving wheel. Two or more wheel groove liners are also fixed on both wheels. When the tensioner is pulled by a diesel power engine, the two wheels rotate, and the driving wheel provides the braking force. Materials with different friction coefficients are selected to make the wheel groove liner which makes the conductor bear uniform force, avoids the phenomenon of conductor knotting, protects the conductor, and makes the tension wheel release the conductor at a uniform speed. At the same time, the weight and volume of the whole machine are reduced.

Features of hydraulic tensioner:
1. The liner of the drum is MC nylon and the slot distance is widened;
2. The tension force is continuously and steplessly adjustable, which can realize the stringing works with conserved tension;
3. With spring acting normally-closed multi-disc brake, to make the machine brake down while pressure loss.
4. This machine has a set of tension early-warning systems, which can automatically adjust the speed according to the undue load or friction produced on the line and can keep the tension at the set value.
5. Tension or pulling force can be preset, spring-applied brake, reliable overhead protection mechanism, easy to operate.
